I started Milestone Investments nearly 3 years ago with a goal of providing affordable housing that renters could be proud of. During the course of acquiring more than $2 million in property I found that there was a gap in both service and knowledge from the contractors I used during the course of my investment property rehabilitations and personal remodel projects of my home.
I became determined to fill the gap and as a result have expanded the scope of my company to include General Contracting services for home owners and property investors.
I have owned my own Interior Design Firm (Penelope Lynn’s Design Consultations) as well as worked for multiple design/remodel establishments. During these endeavors I have had the good fortune of working on more than 1000 projects, with a specialty in kitchen and bath remodels.
My design background and project management experience provides me a skill set not found in any other general contractor in the area and as a result, I bring a level of service and dedication I have not encountered from other contractors.
